Vacancies regularly come up to join our team working in the Netherlands and around the world. Take that first step today. Rutgers has worked with young people on sexuality for more than 50 years, becoming a top global organisation in sexual and reproductive health and rights and the Netherlands’ leading sexuality centre.
At Rutgers we talk about sexuality openly, positively and practically. Our work is based on evidence and experience and we dare to address real and important - and really important - issues.
Candidates we invite for the second selection interview we ask to create a potential profile online prior to that interview, which addresses competencies, team roles and learning agility. In addition, creating an assignment may be part of the procedure for candidates we invite for a second interview.
Furthermore, a reference check and submission of a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) are part of the procedure. As part of Rutgers' commitment to safeguarding we are a member of the Inter-Agency Misconduct Disclosure Scheme. We will ask references to provide information about any disciplinary action or disciplinary investigations that have taken place as a result of safeguarding concerns.
